THE PORT OF ILLAHEE HAS CALLED FOR A SPECIAL MEETING ON 12/18/24 @ 4 PM ON ZOOM.

THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 4 PM TO DISCUSS THE PORT OF ILLAHEE WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTS, PUBLIC PIER, AND DOCK REHABILATION PROJECT TASK ORDER TEN.

THE MEETING IS TO DISCUSS IN A PUBLIC FORUM TASK ORDER TEN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PORT OF ILLAHEE WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTS, PUBLIC PIER, AND DOCK REHABILATION PROJECT AND APPROVE, MODIFY, OR REJECT SAME.   PUBLIC COMMENTS AS USUAL AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 4 PM MEETING, AND AT THE END (2 MINUTE TIME LIMIT).

ADVANCE NOTICE PROVIDED AND POSTED ON THE PORT OF ILLAHEE KIOSK AT THE PORT DOCK ON 12/17/24, AND THE PORTS WEBSITE.

We have made some changes on our ZOOM account so that attendees will remain in the waiting room until admitted to the meeting. Since it is a public meeting we will admit everyone, this is to discourage those attending for the sole purpose of causing trouble as was done at a previous Port of Illahee meeting.

THE PORT OF ILLAHEE HAS CALLED FOR A SPECIAL MEETING ON 12/5/24 @ 5 PM ON ZOOM.

THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 5 PM WITH A 30 MINUTE EXECTIVE SESSION (RCW 42.30.110), NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, TO DISCUSS THE PORT OF ILLAHEE WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTS, PUBLIC PIER, AND DOCK REHABILATION PROJECT ISSUES.

 

THE MEETING WILL RESUME AT 5:30 PM AND IS TO DISCUSS IN A PUBLIC FORUM ANY REMAINING ISSUES WITH THE PORT OF ILLAHEE WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTS, PUBLIC PIER, AND DOCK REHABILATION PROJECT AND APPROVE, MODIFY, OR REJECT SAME.   PUBLIC COMMENTS AS USUAL AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 5:30 PM MEETING, AND AT THE END (2 MINUTE TIME LIMIT).
